Zumba Classes

Zumba is a dynamic mix of salsa, rumba and merengue set to the inspirational rhythm of Latino music. It is impossible not to shimmy and shake the pounds away.

These classes run Tuesdays at 9:30am and 5:30pm and Thursdays at 9:30am

Healthy Life Circuits

These are gentle circuits which are suitable for beginners. These classes are taught by a qualified exercise referral instructor.

These classes run Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10:30am.

Yoga Classes and Body Balance Classes

Our Yoga classes and Body Balance classes focus on your breathing, relaxation and core strength. They’re the perfect way to maintain a strong mind and body.

Our Yoga classes run Tuesdays & Thursdays at 11:30 am. Body Balance classes run Mondays at 7:15pm & Fridays at 7:15pm.

High Intensity
