Swim Gala Sat 4th & Sun 5th July

Just a quick heads up splash-pals! This weekend, we're hosting a swim gala (Sat 4th and Sun 5th July), so we'll be pressing pause on all of our pool activities. Don't worry you can still head to the gym, enjoy a workout class or relax in the Health Suite. Our pool will be back open for splashy fun on Monday 6th July.

Vanilla Berry Protein Smoothie Recipe

This delicious Vanilla Berry Protein Smoothie provides a great balance of essential vitamins, healthy fats and protein. The combination of berries, banana, flaxseed, oats and protein powder makes this a tasty drink that is ideal for breakfast, pre or post workout fuel, or as a healthy snack!

INGREDIENTS

1 – 2 Servings

  • 1 tbsp porridge oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 banana
  • 80g berries, fresh or frozen (we used raspberries and blueberries)
  • 150ml apple juice

METHOD

STEP 1
Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.

STEP 2
Pour the smoothie into two glasses and enjoy!
